It can used for drawing electrical copper rod from 8.00mm to 1.20-4.00mm,which wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler.

2.High precision helical gears transmission,with high efficiency and low noise;
3.The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power,which is strong in;
4.Guide wheel is made of sprayed ceramic type aluminium alloy;
5.Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool,which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire;
6.Annealing device is inclined,which can reduce machine height and convenient for workers to cross wire;
7.Special designed air pipe to send air to the axis of annealing wheel;
8.Wound by the auto double-spooler take-up device or coiler(according to needs);
9.Driven by DC motor,the imported German SIMENS PLC and touch screen(or according to needs),with reliably performance which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
